We ask all groups to register in advance via our online reservation system. The time limits for the slots are intended as a guideline; longer stays are of course possible.
We recommend preparing a specific work assignment for your visit. You are welcome to use our free work materials for this purpose.
Payment is made at the ticket office on site. We ask accompanying persons or teachers to collect all admission fees in advance and pay for admission collectively at the ticket office (cash, EC card, or credit card). Each group will then be welcomed by a visitor guide and given a brief introduction to the interactive museum.

Duty of supervision
To prevent accidents and damage, parents, teachers, and other accompanying adults responsible for supervision must ensure that the experiment stations are used carefully and appropriately. Therefore, the presence and supervision of the group by accompanying adults is essential throughout the entire visit to our facility. The house rules must be strictly observed in this regard.
